Zen FoodExperience in Lingshan
To see a world in a wild flower and a Bodhi in a leaf. With a peaceful mind, start to think from the “ego” to the outside and finally be able to experience the same feelings with “nonego” and acquire “great wisdom”. Zen tells how to be enlightened with these simple words. The two-day Zen experience impressed them a lot and would definitely be helpful for their work and life in the future.
